The Welsh Dobermann Club recommends the buyers view puppies whenever possible. Purchasers should always obtain a signed Pedigree and Kennel Club Registration Certificate from the breeder at the time of purchase. I would caution against anyone who says "they haven't had them back from the KC yet" as the Kennel Club has a very quick turn around.
